The Indiana State Police reported 48 year old William Stepp of Wheatfield was killed when a wrong way driver collided head on into his vehicle on Interstate 65, in Lake County last Saturday. According to law enforcement, the driver of the second car was 28 year old Ali Sebastian of Crown Point, who had been involved in a fender bender at a gasoline/convenience store location near the U.S. 231 exit, and then entered the interstate driving northbound in the southbound lanes.
