Our news department interviewed District 16 representative Kendell Culp about legislation he has proposed, including one bill passed and sent to Governor Holcomb for his signature. He also talks about what is in the House portion of the proposed 2 year budget. Culp’s district is made up of portions of Jasper, White, Pulaski and Starke Counties.
