Rensselaer’s Dog Park, the city’s newest park on Bunkum Road, to the west of Weston Cemetery, will be opening on Monday, July 1st, with a ribbon cutting and dog registration at one p.m. If you are unable to make the ribbon cutting and registration, go to cityofrensselaerin.com, click on the government tab, then parks and pools, and finally new parks, for the regulations, hours, how to register, etc. A second in person registration day and time, will be forthcoming, as well.
